Delivery and Payment Methods

 

Orders placed in the vagheggi.hu webshop can be received by the Buyer through the following methods:

 

  • Personal Pickup: The package can be picked up at the Vagheggi Showroom: 1134 Budapest, Dózsa György út 144-148. Please choose this option only if you are able to pick up the package in person. Pickup hours are weekdays between 9 am and 6 pm. You can make payment at our store using both cash and credit card. Orders can be picked up within 14 days, after which the order will be canceled.
  • GLS Courier Service: The ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within the territory of Hungary. The packaging and shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.


The shipping fees are as follows:

 

  • For orders below 50,000 Ft: The shipping fee for home delivery is 1,600 Ft. The shipping fee for delivery to a collection point or parcel locker is 1,150 Ft.
  • For orders above 50,000 Ft: Shipping is free of charge.

 

Orders placed before 10:00 am will be delivered within a maximum of 4 business days. Orders placed after that will be delivered within a maximum of 5 business days.

 

Payment Methods:

 

  • Credit card payment: You can conveniently and securely make a purchase using your credit card. We accept the following cards:
  • Cash on delivery: Payment can be made in cash or by card to the courier. Both payment methods qualify as cash on delivery in our online store. At parcel lockers, payment can only be made by card, but it still qualifies as cash on delivery in our online store. At collection points, payment can be made according to the available payment methods specified in the description of the selected collection point, and all payment methods qualify as cash on delivery in our online store.

 

The cash on delivery fee is 400 Ft in all cases.

Package Receipt and Claim Policy

Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Please review the following guidelines and act accordingly when receiving your package:

If the package shows signs of external damage (e.g. tearing, dents, visibly damaged packaging):

  • Do not accept the package.

  • Ask the courier to complete a damage report on the spot.

  • If you collect your parcel from a parcel locker and notice damage, report it immediately through the courier’s online or email platform.

If the package appears intact but the product is found damaged after opening:

  • Notify Vagheggi Kft. of the issue by email or phone as soon as possible.

Always take photographs:

Photos of the damage and the packaging are essential for submitting a valid damage claim.

Important:

We can only accept claims if the damage has been officially reported to the courier and all necessary documentation (such as the damage report and photographs) is provided. Without proper documentation, we are unable to process your complaint.
